Furthermore, in many countries, including European countries such as France, where I live, we have every right to take a picture of someone without their consent in a public space, as long as we don't explicitly show their face. Just as it is forbidden to take a picture without their consent if it directly reveals their identity. So it is perfectly legal to take pictures of beautiful hair on the street or elsewhere... Each European country has its own legislation.
So that's a whole other debate.
I don't even see the point in talking about AI and contrasting it with the notion of consent. Especially when Sicco was talking about people who specifically create content in this vein.
