In principle you are right: only decades of practice can usually take you there, IF you reach such a level in the first place.


But look how young she is in the clip.


There is a another youtube video of her on German TV, showing her at age 19, with her level of playing already as good as on the clip I have uplopaded here - and she is telling the presenter that she had only started eight years before.


Just about everyone agrees that her effortless perfect handling of at least three complex grooving lines at the same time and at breakneck speeds is almost superhuman.


And her hair is almost at classic length here.


She was wearing it at mid to lower back length at least until a couple of years ago. During the early stages of her career she kept it in a wonderful long braid almost all the time; I suspect that later someone told her that if she wore it down that could serve as an additional visual asset, and some of her album sleeves showed her head with a storm of long hair whirling around in the ecstasy of playing.
