I was bored, so I started going through some of my bookmarked links tonight. Clicked on this one and was planning on deleting it if it came up empty again, but lo and behold, there seems to be progress! Just an entrance page, so far. Doesn't look like you can actually sign up yet, but it was nice to see someone is working on it!
