I agree with the comments below, that Noor is a very beautiful lady with fabulous hair. So, I went looking for her on YouTube, and on the way I came across Mujra, which appears to be a lively dance form with a lot of hair flipping. Perhaps one of our friends from the Indian sub-continent can enlighten us?

Anyway, here's Noor doing some Mujra. My God, look at that hair flying!

And here are some more Mujra ladies. None of them has hair as long as Noor's, but they all toss it about a lot, especially the second one, who has the shortest hair but who goes into just about the most total flipping frenzy I've ever seen.
